Ami Jo (Gall) Kern, 44, of Culmerville, West Deer Township, formerly of Springdale, died Sunday, March 18, 2018. She was born Feb. 25, 1974, in Pittsburgh, to Theodore A. Gall III, of West Deer, and Anita (Spirnock) Oliver, of Tarentum. Ami lived in West Deer for 34 years, and recently moved back after living in Springdale for the past 10 years. A 1992 graduate of Deer Lakes High School, she was a homemaker. Ami enjoyed shopping, babysitting and especially spending time with family. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her daughter, Aryn M. Miles, of Sanford, N.C.; her brother, Theodore A. (Jessica) Gall IV, of West Deer; her sister, Alison M. Oliver and her boyfriend, Charlie Kremer, of Saxonburg; three nieces and two nephews, Bailey Gall, Theodore Gall V, Tucker Gall and Adalynn and Ariella Kremer; maternal grandparents, James and Regina Spirnock, of West Deer; paternal grandmother, Violet Gallagher, of Valencia; and many aunts and uncles.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Theodore A. Gall Jr.; maternal great-grandmother, Mary Grebeck; and her uncle, Timothy Gall.
Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday in the SIWICKI-YANICKO FUNERAL HOME, 23 McKrell Road, Russellton, West Deer, where a blessing service will be conducted at 7:30 p.m. Thursday with the Rev.
