Stanley B. Kwitkowski

Stanley B. Kwitkowski, 93 of Jefferson Township, died Saturday November 25, 2017 with his family by his side. He has lived in Jefferson Township since 2011. He was born September 26, 1924 in Russellton to the late Joseph and Frances (Sinkoska) Kwitkowski. Stanley grew up in Russellton and graduated from West Deer High School. He served his country during WWII in the US Army as a Corporal in Central Europe and Rhineland. He was a member of Transfiguration R.C. Church, Russellton. Stanley worked for PPG in Creighton for over 28 years, then worked at the Treesdale Lab in Saxonburg. He enjoyed gardening and especially spending time with his family.

Survivors include his wife Mary A. (Grajcar) Kwitkowski, his daughter Janet M. (James) Gasowski of Apollo and his son Robert S. Kwitkowski of Reading and his grandchildren Andrew Kwitkowski and Julia Kwitkowski.

Family will receive friends Wednesday from 2-4 PM & 6-8 PM in the SIWICKI-YANICKO FUNERAL HOME, 23 McKrell Road, Russellton, West Deer where parting prayers will be conducted Thursday 9:30 AM, Catholic funeral Mass will fol8pmlow in Transfiguration R.C. Church, Russellton with the Rev. James P. Holland, officiating. He will be laid to rest in Our Lady of Hope Cemetery, Frazer Township.
