Theresa "Terry" R. Brooks

Theresa R. “Terry” (Zaborowski) Brooks, 68 of Rural Ridge, Indiana Township, died Wednesday October 18, 2017 with her family by her side. She was born December 19, 1948 in Pittsburgh to the late Joseph G. and Theresa I. (Wujko) Zaborowski. Terry has lived in Rural Ridge for the past 30 years. She was a 1966 graduate of Devine Providence High School, Pittsburgh and also graduated with an associate’s business degree from Robert Morris. She was a member of the PNA in Harwick and was a life member of the Owl’s club in Russellton. She devoted her time caring for her family and most especially her husband.

She is survived by her brother Robert E. (Candy) Zaborowski of Winston-Salem, NC, step-sons Thomas and Victor Brooks of TX and William Brooks of VA, her grandchildren Jordan, Madison, Hannah and Bailey and her niece Amber (St Clair) Etoniru and her nephew Nathan Zaborowski.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Stephen J. Brooks, Jr. November 22, 2016 her brother Joseph F. Zaborowski and her step-daughters Susan Brooks and Toni Bodick.

Family will receive friends Friday from 1:30 PM until the time of the service at 3:30 PM in the SIWICKI-YANICKO FUNERAL HOME, 23 McKrell Road, Russellton, West Deer Twp., with Pastor Barry Murray, officiating. She will privately laid to rest with her husband in St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Shaler Township.
