Gloria J. Hollibaugh

Gloria J. Hollibaugh, 68 of Allegheny Township, Westmoreland County, formerly of West Deer Township, died Friday November 9, 2018 at her residence. She was born November 27, 1949 in Pittsburgh to the late Jack and Bertha M. (Hanlon) Hollibaugh. She has lived in Allegheny Township for the past 12 years and prior to that in Tarentum for 15 years. Before moving to Tarentum, she lived in West Deer. She was a 1968 graduate of North Hills Cumberland School. Gloria worked as a laborer for Northco Vocational Center for over 10 years. She was a former member of East Union Presbyterian Church, West Deer, was a member of the Girl Scouts Troop, West Deer, and TRY (Together for Retarded Youth) Wexford. Gloria participated in the Natrona Heights Special Olympics. She enjoyed traveling, bingo, listening to music and being with her family.

Survivors include her sister Shirley M. (Roger) Wygant of Seneca and her brother Jack C. (Susan) Hollibaugh of York, 5 nieces/nephews Adam (Kelli), Terry, Jillian (Brian), Matthew and Kelly (Jinen), 4 great nieces Taylor, Avery, Myranda and Brianna, her best friends with whom she lived Marietta Hand, Joanne Dothard and Karen Miketic and the staff who cared for her Carly, Michelle, Sadie, Phyllis, Kendedra, Kaittlyn, Jen, Marcy, Lesley, Jenna, Correna and Dusty.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her sister Yvonne Hollibaugh.

Friends received Wednesday from 6-8 PM in the SIWICKI-YANICKO FUNERAL HOME, 23 McKrell Road, Russellton, West Deer Twp. funeral services  will be conducted Thursday 10 AM with the Rev. James C. Ramsey, officiating, Following the serviced, she will be privately laid to rest with her parents in East Union Presbyterian Church Cemetery, West Deer Township.
