Harry F. “Hobo” Baker, III, 61 of Russellton, West Deer Township died peacefully Monday August 13, 2018 at Harmar Village Care Center, Harmar. He was born July 24, 1957 in New Kensington to the late Harry F. and Dolores J. (Angeline) Baker, Jr., living in Russellton his entire life. A 1975 graduate of Deer Lakes High School then received his Bachelor’s degree from Robert Morris and then his Master’s degree from East Stroudsburg University in 2009. Hobo worked for over 21 years at Action Industries in Harmar. He then went back to school and received a degree in from the Pittsburgh Institute of Culinary Arts in 1990 and then went to work as a Chef for Marriott in Pittsburgh for 8 years before retiring. He was a member of the American Legion, West Deer and the Owl’s Club in Russellton. Hobo enjoyed cooking and spending time with his family and friends.
Survivors include his sister Shannon (William) Baker DiGiulio of Bowdoin, ME and his nephews Brad and Ryan Bitzer.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his sister Candice L. Bitzer.
