Jeffrey Martin Gentile

Jeffrey M. Gentile, 46, of Wilkinsburg, formerly of West Deer Township, died unexpectedly Monday, December 11, 2017 at home. He was born April 2, 1971 in Monroeville to the late Martin C. “Sonny” Gentile and Alice Jean (Pfeffer) Gentile-Jones. Jeff grew up in the Holiday Park area graduating from Plum High School in 1990. He worked over 30 years in the concrete construction business and was self-employed. He was a member of the Laborers International Union of North America, Local 373. Jeff truly enjoyed life’s simple pleasures…, enjoyed Steeler Football games, backyard barbecues, long afternoon rides on his Harley, and most of all spending time in the company of his loving family and many lifelong friends.

Survivors include his children Jesse, Jack, Jake and Jude Gentile, all of Murrysville, long time loving partner Lisa Payne, with whom he lived; his siblings JoLee (Jeff) Snyder of Frazer, Greg (Cris) Gentile of Lower Burrell and Dan (Jackie) Picone of Bonneau, SC; also many Aunts, Uncles and Nephews.

Friends will be received Sunday from 1:30PM until 4PM in the SIWICKI-YANICKO FUNERAL HOME, 23 McKrell Road, Russellton, West Deer, where a Blessing Service will be conducted at 4PM with the Rev. James P. Holland, officiating.
