Josephine N. Raynovich

Josephine N. (Borish) Raynovich 88 of Winfield Township, formerly of Bairdford, died Wednesday October 3, 2018 at Good Samaritan Hospice, Cabot with her family by her side. She was born July 2, 1930 in Renton to the late Joseph J. and Helen (Twardosky) Borish, Sr. Josie grew up in Bairdford and graduated from West Deer High School in 1948. She worked for Glenshaw Glass as a glass worker then a beautician at the former Value Fair, Route 8, then at her own home in Bairdford. She enjoyed polka dancing, listing to polka’s and especially spending time with her family.

Survivors include her children Randy (Marlene) Raynovich of West Deer and Gayle L. (Donald) Cypher with whom she lived, grandchildren Heather (Jeff) Schultz, Kristie (Fred) Zwiener, Luke (Ashley) Raynovich and Jeremy (Jessica) Cypher, great-grandchildren Zak, Hayden, Landon, Natalie, Logan, Jillian and Jackson.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Theodore Raynovich, Jr, and her siblings Joseph J.  Borish, Jr. Mary Jane Palchetti, John Borish and Billy Borish.

Friends received Thursday from 2-4 PM & 6-8 PM in the SIWICKI-YANICKO FUNERAL HOME, 23 McKrell Road, Russellton, West Deer Twp. where a blessing services will be conducted Friday 11:30 AM with the Rev. James P. Holland officiating. She will be privately laid to rest next to her husband in Deer Creek Cemetery, Harmar.
