Robert R. Roth, Sr.

Robert R. Roth, Sr., 53 of West Deer Township, died Sunday June 10, 2018 at Good Samaritan Hospice – Cabot with his family by his side. He was born March 3, 1965 to the late Richard J. “Dick” Roth and Marilyn J. (Crowe) Roth of West Deer. Bob grew up in West Deer where he has lived all of his life attending Deer Lakes High School. He was a self-employed refrigeration technician for Roth Refrigeration Service, the company his parents started. Bob actively participated in many motorcycle rides benefiting Veterans, Children with Special Needs and Bullied Children. He also enjoyed coaching deck hockey, riding his motorcycle, his German Sheppards, though especially enjoyed spending time with his family, wife, children and grand-children.

Survivors include his wife of 30 years Lynn Evans, his children Amanda L. (Matthew Bain) Evans of Buffalo Township, Chris J. Liebers of South Fayette and Robert R. (Carrie Spondike) Roth, Jr. of West Deer, his grandchildren Hanna, Austin, Isaiah, Brianna, Aubrey, Jackie, Hazel and Robby, III, his sisters Judy L. McIntire of West Deer, Janie L. (John Sterosky) Walker of Leechburg and Jeanne L. Lockerman of West Deer and many nieces and nephews.

Beside is father he was preceded in death by his grandson Cody Trim.

Family will receive friends Wednesday from 2 pm until the time of the service at 8 pm in the SIWICKI-YANICKO FUNERAL HOME, 23 McKrell Road, Russellton, West Deer Twp, with the Rev. Guy Moretti, officiating. At Bob’s request he will be privately buried. In lieu of flowers contributions should be given to the family to benefit the “One Final Ride” memorials. This ride will still take place in memory of Bob Saturday June 30, 2018, beginning at 12 PM in the Target Parking Lot, Harmarville, 2661 Freeport Road, Pittsburgh, PA.
