Rosann J. Grieco

Rosann J. (Brown) Grieco, 75 of New Castle, formerly of Penn Hills, died Tuesday June 19, 2018 at UPMC-Presbyterian. She was born February 28, 1943 in Pittsburgh to the late Clyde R. and Margaret L. (Sallade) Brown. She grew up in Penn Hills and graduated from Penn Hills High School in 1961. She worked for her husband as an Administrative Assistant in his Insurance Damage Appraisal Company for over 10 years. She enjoyed water color painting, crocheting, needle work, gardening, reading, but especially enjoyed spending time with her children and grand-children.

She is survived by her three children Lynn A. (Bradley S.) Biery of Indiana Township, William H. Grieco, Jr. of Springdale and Leslie M. (Richard) Klinehamer of New Castle, her grand-children Justin and Dylan Grieco, Andrew McCann and his girlfriend Lauren Durbin and Elyn Biery and her fiancé Sergio Chanampa, her great-granddaughter, Gia Chanampa, who will be born in July, her sister Martha Farabaugh of Verona and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will meet friends Saturday June 23, 2018, from 9 am until the time of the funeral mass at 10 am in St. Pio of Pietrelcina Parish, St. Francis of Assisi Church, 2599 Freeport Road, Harmar, PA 15238, with the Rev. Dozie Egbe, officiating. Arrangements were entrusted to the SIWICKI-YANICKO FUNERAL HOME, 23 McKrell Road, Russellton, West Deer. She will be privately buried in St. Eusebius Cemetery, Rimersburg.  In lieu of flowers, for her love animals, memorial contributions should be sent to Animal Friends Therapets, 526 Camphorne Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15237 in her memory.
