Betty Jo (Conley) Phelps

Betty Jo (Conley) Phelps, 81, of Curtisville, West Deer Township, formerly of Grandview Heights, OH, died Saturday July 6, 2024 at Canterbury Place, Pittsburgh. She was born May 22, 1943 in Salyersville, Kentucky to the late Marion and Birdee (Hall) Conley and was a resident of Grandview Heights, OH, for most of her life. Betty Jo loved gardening, cooking, being with her two grandchildren and all the young lives she touched during her babysitting years.

Betty Jo is survived by her son Tim (Tammy) Phelps of West Deer, her two grandchildren Taylor and Joey Phelps, her two brothers Lee and Press Conley, her three sister-in laws, Joyce, Lessie and Patti Conley.  Also survived by Kim and Scott Collister.

Preceded in death by her husband Doug Phelps, parents, sister Elizabeth Graham, four brothers; Paul, Calvin, Walter and Jim Conley.

All services will be private. Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
