Carl “Bud” J. Miller, 81 of Baden, died Friday January 29, 2021 at UPMC-Passavant, McCandless. He was born October 7, 1938 in Buckhannon, West Virginia to the late Curtis and Garvestine (Gibson) Miller. Bud has lived in Baden for the past 48 years. He grew up graduating from Buckhannon/Upshur High School. Bud went to work for J&L Steel in Aliquippa working there for 31 years until they closed as the foreman in the blooming mill section of the steel mill. He then applied and got his CDL license going to work for GNC as a truck driver working for them for 15 years until he retired. Bud enjoyed spending time with his family though his pride and joy was his grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife of 63 years Louise A. (Evans) Miller, his children Carl A. (Janice) Miller of North Versailles, Beverly L. (Larry) Vellella of Greenville, SC and Michael C. (Colleen) Miller, Sr. of West Deer, his grandchildren Quinten, Charish and Michael, Jr.; siblings Shirley Filer, Bonnie (Ken) Tenny and Shelia (Doug) Replogle all of Parkersburg, West Virginia.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his brother William R. Miller on February 24, 2019.
