Clarence E. Craft, 89 of West Deer Township, died Tuesday December 15, 2020 at his home with his family by his side. He was born September 27, 1931 in Vandergrift to the late Clarence M. and Mary (Shick) Craft. He has lived in West Deer most of his life. Clarence served his country during the Korean Conflict in the US Army achieving the rank of Corporal. He began Pittsburgh Tree Service owning and operating the business for over 25 years. A member of Bairdford United Methodist Church, Bairdford, he enjoyed gardening, wood working, fishing, hunting, though especially enjoyed his family.
Survivors include his children Timothy W. (Rosemary) Craft of Richland, Russell C. (Sharon) Craft of West Deer, Rick A. (Dawn) Craft of Fawn, Clarise E. (Scott) Smialek and Brian S. Craft both of Middlesex., grandchildren Matthew, Stephanie, Andrea, Kimberly, Adam, Lynae, Lindsay, Jeanna, Salina, Elizabeth, Travis, Spencer and Carter; great-grandchildren Landyn, Jaxon and Kaylin and his sisters Patricia Ohler of Huntersville, AL and Bess Lewetag of Bairdford.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Agnes Craft September 21, 2008 and his grandson Benjamin P. Craft September 29, 2018, his siblings Donald Craft and Mary R. Sinclair.
At the family’s request a private graveside service was held with the Rev. Jerry Pawloski, officiating. He was laid to rest next to his wife in Lakewood Memorial Gardens, Indiana Township. View obituary online and leave condolences at www.siwicki-yanickofh.com
