Cory has lived in Richland for the past 33 years. He worked for Zokaites Construction as the Development Project Manager and site supervisor for 32 years until he retired in 2023. Cory grew up in Curtisville graduating from Deer Lakes in 1975. He loved going fishing on his boat and most of his retirement was spent working in his woodshop making products out of wood. While he always enjoyed woodworking, he finally had the opportunity to spend a lot of time doing what brought him joy. Cory also loved their dogs Sweetie, Buddy and Mia as well as those who are waiting for him at the rainbow bridge.
The family especially wants to thank the Doctors and Staff at Allegheny General Hospital on 10C and 9A who took wonderful care of him, also the AHN Home Medical Equipment Team, the AHN Health Care at Home Team and the AHN Hospice Care Companion, who cared for him in his final days.
