Daniel E. Wagner, 63 of West Deer Township, died suddenly on Saturday March 20, 2021 at his home. He was born December 21, 1957 in Pittsburgh to Clarence W. Wagner of Cabot and the late Janette (Edwards) Wagner. Dan grew up in West Deer graduating from Deer Lakes in 1975. He has worked the past 34 years at Oberg Industries at a machinist. He was an avid fisherman, hunter, enjoyed doing side jobs working on cars and loved going to flea markets.
Survivors include his wife of 34 years Alice F. (Scott) Wagner, his sons Scott E. Wagner at home and Alex W. (Nicole Pockey) Wagner of West Deer, his siblings Carol J. (Kenneth) Walzer of Beaver Falls, Judith I. Sololowski of GA and Robert J. (Jodi) Wagner of Lower Burrell.
Besides his Mother he was preceded in death by his nephew Thomas W. Wagner.
We will be following all CDC Guidelines, all that attend MUST wear a mask, social distance and make your visit brief. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 5-8 PM in the SIWICKI-YANICKO FUNERAL HOME, 23 McKrell Road, Russellton, West Deer Twp. where the funeral service will be conducted Wednesday 10 am with the Rev. James Ramsey, officiating. He will be laid to rest in Lakewood Memorial Gardens, Indiana Township.
