Donald I. Angely, 91 of Frazer Township, died Sunday January 30, 2022 at Allegheny Valley Hospital. He was born January 25, 1931 in Tarentum to the late Anthony “Tony” J. and Margaret M. (Adams) Angely. Don served his country during the Korean War in the US Army, stationed in Fr. Knox, KY, and achieved the rank of Corporal. When Don returned from the war he started his own masonry business, Don Angely Masonry which he operated for over 50 years. He enjoyed his job, his family and hunting.
Survivors include his wife of 68 years Dorothy A. (Keller) Angely, his son Donald A. Angely, and his daughter Kathleen M. Angely both of Frazer Township, his granddaughter Jennifer (Raymond) Duncan of Alabama, and his great-grandson Timothy Duncan and many nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his sisters Margaret G. Angely and Marion Kuhn and his brother Robert “Bobby” Angely.
At Don’s request all viewing, services and burial were private. Arrangements were entrusted to the SIWICKI-YANICKO FUNERAL HOME, 23 McKrell Road, Russellton, West Deer Township. He was laid to rest in Lakewood Memorial Gardens, Indiana Township. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions should be sent to Our Lady of the Lakes Parish, PO Box 149, Bairdford, PA 15006.
