Elizabeth “Betty” (Boyle) McClelland, 94 of Dorseyville, Indiana Township, died Friday March 20, 2020. She was born December 16, 1925 in Mercer to the late Dale S. and Mary Elizabeth (Creese) Boyle, Sr. Betty was a 1944 graduate of Etna High School. She was a member of East Union Presbyterian Church, West Deer, the United States Border Collie Club and the Western Pennsylvania Humane Society. She loved her dogs, reading, walking, though especially loved her family.

Survivors include her daughter Mary Pat (Jeffrey) Parsons with whom she lived and her granddaughter Meaghan M. Parsons.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Henry Wilson McClelland January 1, 2008, her brother Dale S. Boyle, Jr. and her sister Mary Ellen Boyle.

A private family service was held at East Union Presbyterian Church Founders Chapel, with the Rev. James C. Ramsey, officiating. Arrangements were entrusted to the SIWICKI-YANICKO FUNERAL HOME, 23 McKrell Road, Russellton, West Deer Township. She was laid to rest next to her husband in East Union Cemetery, West Deer Township.
