Garry J. Klein

Garry J. Klein, 70 of Russellton, West Deer Township, died Sunday September 8, 2024 at his home. He was born December 12, 1953 in Pittsburgh to the late John D. “Jack” and Audrey J. (Nicholas) Klein. Garry grew up in Penn Hills graduating from Penn Hills High School in 1971. He has lived in West Deer for over 33 years. Garry worked for over 25 years for the IATSE (International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees) Local 787 in Pittsburgh. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and was an avid Pittsburgh Steeler Fan.

Survivors include his sons Joseph D. (Mercedes) Klein of Murrysville, John D. Klein at home and Richard W. Klein of West Deer, grandchildren Alyssa, Logan, Alayna, Lucas and Emma Klein.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Nancy L. (Penk) Tucker in 2008 and his brothers Edward and John Klein.

At Garry’s request all viewing and services were private. A celebration of Garry’s life will be scheduled in the near future and will be announced.
