Georgetta M. (Baughman) Thalman

Georgetta M. (Baughman) Thalman, 76 of Curtisville, West Deer Township, died Wednesday December 27, 2023 at Concordia Lutheran Ministries, Cabot. She was born March 13, 1947 in Curtisville where she has lived all her life. Georgetta was a member of the Deer Lakes Community Church of the Nazarene, Curtisville. She worked for DuCo Ceramics, Saxonburg for over 40 years in quality control as a microguager. Georgetta enjoyed knitting, crocheting and traveling.

Survivors include her sisters Jo Ann (William) Carrigan of Summerfield, FL, and 5 neices and nephews.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Robert E. Thalman on March 6, 2013 and her sister Alfretta P. Beattie on April 30, 2018.

Friends will be received Tuesday January 2nd from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm in the SIWICKI-YANICKO FUNERAL HOME, 23 McKrell Road, Russellton, West Deer Township., services will be conducted at the funeral home at 2:30 pm with the Rev. Leslie B. Nolker, officiating. She will be privately laid to rest in Buffalo Presbyterian Cemetery, Sarver.
