Hazel E. (Corenti) Zukowski

Hazel E. (Corenti) Zukowski, 100 of Russellton, West Deer Township, died Thursday November 21, 2024 at her daughters’ home where she had been staying. She was born October 7, 1924 in Russellton to the late Martin and Mary Ann (Machusko) Corenti. Hazel has lived in Russellton all of her life. She was a homemaker and member of Our Lady of the Lakes Parish, West Deer. Hazel was always considerate of other people, always willing to help anyone, when she could. She loved to cook, bake enjoyed bowling and puzzle books, though loved her family most of all.

Survivors include her children Anita L. (William) Pacek of West Tarentum, Joseph A. (Joanne) Zukowski of NC, Patricia A. (Carl) Toscolani of Frazer, Anthony J. (Jennifer) Zukowski of Natrona Heights, Carol M. (James) Flowers of Lower Burrell and Lisa M. (Stephen) Marshall of Middlesex Township, 21 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Anthony Zukowski on June 25, 2007, her grandson Stephen Zukowski, her great-granddaughter Cali Mae Girvin and her sister Irene Trevellini.

Friends will be received Sunday from 3 - 7 pm in the SIWICKI-YANICKO FUNERAL HOME, 23 McKrell Road, Russellton, West Deer, where a blessing service will be conducted Monday 10 am with the Rev. James P. Holland, officiating.  She will be laid to rest next to her husband in Deer Creek Cemetery, Harmar Township.
