Isaac D. Caplan

Isaac Daniel Caplan, 41 of Frazer Township, died Sunday February 23, 2025 at his home. He was born August 28, 1983 to the late Marty R. Caplan and Deborah A. (Fabrick) Caplan of Jefferson Township. Isaac grew up and lived in West Deer and Frazer Townships all of his life. He was a 2002 graduate of Deer Lakes High School. After high school he went to work for his brother at Dealer Supply Outlet, West Deer working there over 20 years. Isaac was very active in Fire Service, belonging to West Deer VFD #1, and then for over 20 years at Frazer VFD #1, where he currently serves as Chief. Isaac enjoyed fishing, hunting and everything outdoors, though his family was his #1.

Survivors include his Mom Deborah Ann (Fabrick) Caplan of Jefferson Township, his siblings Sadie (Josh) Scully of Colorado Springs, CO, Jacob (Trish) Caplan of West Deer, Rachel (Josh) Watkins of Shaler, Rebekah (Dustin) Aiken of Fennelton and Eli (Maggie) Caplan of Jefferson Township, nieces and nephews Kaitlyn (Tim) Maness, Mickey, Tucker, Tori, Finn, Tucker, Carter, Walker, Zach, Ben, Andrew, Brady, Colton, Grayson, Garrett, Tristan, Jordan, Daniel, Cameron, Peyton and Taylor, and his maternal grandmother Eileen (Schubert) Fabrick of Pittsburgh.

Friends received Friday from 10 AM to 12 Noon in the New Life Christian Ministries, 139 Knoch Road, Saxonburg, PA 16056, where services will be conducted at 12 Noon, with Pastor Alex DeRosa, officiating. Arrangements were entrusted to the SIWICKI-YANICKO FUNERAL HOME, 23 McKrell Road, Russellton, West Deer.
