JoAnn Kanuchok

JoAnn Kanuchok, 81 of Springdale, formerly of Russellton, West Deer Township, died Sunday July 21, 2024 at UPMC St. Margaret with her family by her side. She has lived in Springdale for the past 34 years. JoAnn was born July 14, 1943 in Russellton to the late John D. and Lavina (Reynolds) Kanuchok where she grew up and graduated from West Deer High School in 1962. She was a former member of the former Transfiguration R.C. Church, Russellton. JoAnn worked as a custodian for Westinghouse, Cheswick for over 35 years. She enjoyed watching the Hallmark Channel and talking to her family and friends on the phone every day.

Survivors include her sister Norma Jean Kozlowski with whom she lived, her niece Lisa A. Law of Chagrin Falls, OH and her great-nephew Andrew James Law of Chagrin Falls, OH as well as first cousin Patricia Dillen and second cousin Chad Dillen both of Freeport.

Friends are invited to a chapel blessing service and burial at Deer Creek Cemetery, 902 Russellton Road, Cheswick, PA 15024 at 12:30 PM with the Rev.
