Mark Anthony Werner, 71 of Bairdford, West Deer Township, died Monday November 17, 2025 at UPMC Passavant Hospital, McCandless, with his family by his side. He was born September 3, 1954 in Pittsburgh to the late Edward J. and Rosalia (Fork) Werner. Mark grew up living most of his life in West Deer. Mark held multiple positions at several companies throughout his life and most recently was a truck driver for the Teamsters Local 249, specializing in driving for the movie industry as they filmed throughout the Pittsburgh area. Mark enjoyed keeping himself busy with odds and ends around the house, he was a “Jack of All Trades” and could fix or do most anything. His greatest achievement in his life was his family, he was a very proud husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend to many.
Survivors include his wife of 53 years Loretta E. (Gizienski) Werner, his children Deanene M. (Daniel) Danner of West Deer, Michael A. (Nicole) Werner of Saxonburg and Bridget L. (Allen) Maher of Penn Township, his grandchildren Sarah, Mykenzie, Morgan and Ethan and his sisters Donna Lane of Fla. and Angela Papin of South Park.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his siblings Mary Ann Rathke, Daniel Werner, Paul Werner and Dennis Werner.

All are invited to a Celebration of Mark’s life on Sunday, December 7th, 2025 from 11am-2pm, at West Deer VDF #1, 1520 Saxonburg Boulevard, Tarentum, PA 15084, West Deer Township.
