Raymond L. Luntz, Jr., 55 of Curtisville, West Deer Township, died Thursday January 7, 2021, at home surrounded by his family. He was born June 27, 1965 in Pittsburgh to the late Raymond L. Luntz, Sr. and Marjorie “Marge” A. (Pijanowski) Luntz of West Deer. Ray graduated from Deer Lakes High School in 1983 and then went on to receive electrical and mechanical engineering degrees from Penn State graduating with honors in 2005. He was a former member of Our Lady of the Lakes Parish, Bairdford. Ray worked for Marsh Belloform Corp. in Newell, WV for 15 years and prior to this, Pannier Corp. in Glenshaw for over 10 years. Ray had the kindest heart and soul. He loved music and good food and his family.
Survivors include the love of his life, his wife Laura L. (Gray) Luntz, his mother Marjorie “Marge” A. (Pijanowski) Luntz of West Deer, his sisters Lynn M. (David) Hoak and Carolyn M. (Julius “Turtle” Oberc) Luntz both of West Deer and his nephew Brandon (Sarah) Bresuciak of West Deer, his step-son Liam A. Gray, his step-nephew Dylan J. Krimbel, who was like another son and his sister-in-law Sarah Robinson, and many other aunts, uncles and cousins.
Due to Covid restrictions, all services will be private. He will be privately buried in Holy Savior Cemetery, Richland. A public memorial service will be held once the restrictions are lifted.
