Robert W. Pysh, 76 of Saxonburg, formerly of Curtisville West Deer Township, passed peacefully Thursday June 6, 2024 surrounded by his four children (Robert, Brian, Christine, Kelli) at the Baldwin Care Center, Pittsburgh. Bob was born August 11, 1947 in Curtisville to the late John and Pearl (Kessler) Pysh and lived in West Deer most of his life. He was a 1965 graduate of West Deer High School and then graduated from Gateway Technical school where he majored in electronics. He was an exemplary employee as a Butcher for the Thorofare Markets, in the surrounding area and was also a security guard at Allegheny General Hospital. He enjoyed operating his Ham radio, history based movies, flea markets, a great deal, peach bourbon, the morning news and most of all- his children.
Survivors include his children Robert P. Pysh of Orlando, FL, Brian D. Pysh of San Antonio, TX, Kelli (Martin) Lips of Whitehall and Christine (William) Hagmaier of Cranberry Township and grandchildren Ashley Homison, Nicole Homison both of Cranberry Township and Jack Ball of Whitehall.
Family will receive friends Monday from 4-6 PM in the SIWICKI-YANICKO FUNERAL HOME, 23 McKrell Road, Russellton, West Deer Township, where funeral services will be conducted at 6pm with Pastor Tim Golden, officiating.
