Roberta A. (Veahman) Beaver

Roberta “Bubbles” A. (Veahman) Beaver, 85 of Penn Township, Westmoreland Co., died peacefully, Friday November 8, 2024 at William Penn Care Center, Murrysville. She was born August 27, 1939 in Penn Township to the late Roy and Myrtle (Young) Veahman. Bubbles was a homemaker and was a member of the First United Church of Christ, Harrison City. She was known for her distinctive laugh and sense of humor, and her love of animals, especially dogs. She was a big Elvis Fan, had the ability to fix motors of all types, tinker and repair anything broken. Her greatest joy were her grandchildren.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law Rhonda and David Wolfhope of Penn Township, grandchildren Caleb Wolfhope and Krista Wolfhope, her siblings Louis (Joyce) Veahman of Jacksonville, FL, Frank (Peggy) Veahman of Hookstown and Paula Fox of Ford City, numerous nieces and nephews, family friend Curt McCauley of Irwin, sister-in-law Elaine Veahman, brother-in-law Melvin Heffelfinger and her dog Lila.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Harold E. Beaver, siblings Edward, Phillip, Harry, Clyde and Roy Veahman, Veronica Conjalko, Deborah Negich, Nancy Heffelfinger and half-sister Flora Miller.

At Roberta’s request all viewing, services and burial were private. Arrangements were entrusted to the SIWICKI-YANICKO FUNERAL HOME, 23 McKrell Road, Russellton, West Deer Twp.
