Rodney C. Trout

Rodney C. Trout, 63 of Frazer Township, died Friday February 4, 2022. He was born December 16, 1958 in Pittsburgh to the late William C. Trout and Jennifer “Jenny” (Lipscomb) Sargent. Rod grew up in Pittsburgh graduating from Thomas Jefferson High School in 1977. He was the maintenance supervisor for the Dorseyville Alliance Church, Dorseyville, where he was a member. He enjoyed helping others and loved his church family.

Survivors include his daughters Nicole M. Trout of Monongahela and Bridget R. Trout of Wadsworth, OH, his grandson Lane Bradley Stafinski, siblings Valerie (Edward) Danner of Munhall, Saundra Locklear of Mars and Donald (Diane) Sargent of Jeannette, several nieces and nephews and his aunt Adeline Peters of West Mifflin.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his step-father Donald Sargent.

At Rod’s request viewing was private, a memorial service will be announced in the near future to be held at his church, Dorseyville Alliance Church.  Arrangements were entrusted to the SIWICKI-YANICKO FUNERAL HOME, 23 McKrell Road, Russellton, West Deer Township.
