Sharon E. (Keller) Howard, 76 of Clinton Township, died Sunday December 24, 2023 after a valiant effort to fight lung cancer. She was born the youngest of 12 on April 21, 1947 in Cherry Valley to the late Admiral “Dewey” and Nellie Mae (Coville) Keller. Sharon grew up in Cherry Valley helping support the family. She worked at the Red Raven Holiday Inn, Harmarville for 19 years She started as a housekeeper and working in every area of that department, worked her way up the ladder to Executive Housekeeper. She enjoyed crocheting, reading, however her family was her #1 priority.
Survivors include her husband of 53 years Jack A. Howard, her daughter Dawn (Daniel) Myers of Harrisville, granddaughters Calista Myers of Harrisville, Emma Myers of Winnsboro, TX and Rebekah Myers of Mellissa, TX.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by all of her siblings. Her sisters Betty Bartak, Dorothy Bartak, Audrey Anderson, Elsie Huff, Ella L. Nolker, Norma J. Moore and Alice Sopcak and her brothers Harry, Robert, Jerry and James Keller.
The family would also like to thank Saxonburg VFC EMS, Superior Ambulance Service - Grove City, and the many nurses and health care workers that took such good care of Sharon throughout her illness.
At Sharon’s request all viewing, services and burial were private. Arrangements were entrusted to the SIWICKI-YANICKO FUNERAL HOME, 23 McKrell Road, Russellton, West Deer.
