Teresa C. Igo, 93, of Frazer Township, peacefully passed away at home surrounded by her loving family Saturday, January 24, 2026. She was born on October 20, 1932 in Natrona PA, daughter of the late Stephen and Henrietta Cimprich. Teresa completed 12 yrs of Catholic education and graduated from St. Joseph's High School, Natrona, PA in 1950. She worked at Alcoa Aluminum Company and at K-Mart. She was a member of Holy Martyrs Church and now Guardian Angels Parish. She was committed to her Catholic faith and a member of Christian Mothers Society. She took great joy in attending daily Mass and leading the rosary with a strong voice. She was dedicated to family and raising her four children. She enjoyed baking delicious pastry and cooking foods in the Slovak Tradition for her family, friends and for church functions. She was known to have a "sweet tooth". She also had great joy and pride in decorating for the holidays especially the family Christmas Tree.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William R Igo; three sisters, Sr. Veronica Cimprich, VSC, Anne (John) Malecki, Mary (John) Kasha and one brother John (Josephine) King.
She is survived by her four children: sons William M. Igo, Jeffrey L. Igo, Anthony J. Igo all of Frazer TWP and daughter Kimberly A. Igo of Sarver; one brother Francis Cimprich (Maureen) and one sister Bernadine Cimprich; numerous nieces and nephews. She will be dearly missed by her family and all who knew her.
Friends will be received Wednesday 2-8 pm in the SIWICKI-YANICKO FUNERAL HOME, 23 McKrell Road, Russellton, West Deer, where parting prayers will be conducted on Thursday at 11:15 am with the funeral mass following at 12 Noon, in Guardian Angels Parish, Our Lady of Victory Church, Harwick, with the Rev. John Lendvai, officiating. She will be laid to rest next to her husband in Our Lady of Hope Cemetery, Frazer Township.
