Vincent V. Maciak

Vincent V. Maciak, 93 of West Deer Township, died Thursday October 28, 2021 at his home. He was born January 8, 1928 in Arnold to the late John and Catherine (Godlewski) Maciak. Vince has lived in West Deer since 1940 and graduated from West Deer High School in 1947. Vince was a 4-year starter in Basketball while in high school. He was a member of Our Lady of the Lakes Parish, West Deer. Vince worked for over 27 years at Enamel Products and Plating, McKeesport retiring in 1993. He enjoyed fishing and especially spending time with his family.

Survivors include his children Barry G. (Sandy) Maciak of St. Louis, MO, Monica L. Stallard of West Deer, and Victor J. (Fonda) Maciak of West Deer, his grandchildren Neva (Ed) Motosicky of Apollo, Joshua Smith of West Deer, Phillip (Melanie) Maciak of St. Louis, MO, Eli Maciak of West View and Ian (Katie) Maciak of Erie, 7 great-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years Margie J. (Simon) Maciak, his brothers Eugene D., Anthony J. and Edward P. Maciak.

Family will receive friends Sunday from 2-4 PM in the SIWICKI-YANICKO FUNERAL HOME, 23 McKrell Road, Russellton, West Deer Twp., where a blessing service will be conducted Monday at 10 am with the Rev.
