Wayne P. Panza, 74 of Boggs Township, Armstrong County, hung up his cowboy hat New Year's Day 2023 due to heart complications. Wayne cheated death countless times. He was a gentle soul who loved animals, especially his many dogs. Born on a farm December 4, 1948 in Harmar Twp. to the late Phillip A. and Florence (Lamperski) Panza, Wayne is preceded by his brother Richard. He quit school in 10th grade and devoted his life to moving mountains as a heavy equipment operator.
Wayne Panza was an outlaw. He wanted to be a hero. He loved action movies and was deeply troubled by our government's lies and abuse of working people. Although he didn't get to say much before departing on his spaceship to heaven, to his friends, he would probably want his last message to be Let's Go Brandon!
Survivors include his children Lettia M. Suchevich of Harmar, Keyola Dawn Panza of Swissvale and W. Joseph Robinson of Penn Hills, grandchildren, Vitor, Joey and Lemmy and his siblings Phillip D. Panza and Florraine (Gary) McDowell of Harmar and sister-in-law Robetta.
The family invites friends to a celebration of Wayne’s life at The Sons of God Clubhouse Church 1101 Guys Run Road Harmar Township at 6pm Saturday January 14th. Arrangements were entrusted to the SIWICKI-YANICKO FUNERAL HOME, 23 McKrell Road, Russellton, West Deer Township. View obituary online and leave condolences at www.siwicki-yanickofh.com.
