William Charles Perlik

William Charles Perlik, Sr., 89 of West Deer Township, died Friday March 28, 2025 at AHN Wexford with his family by his side. He was born January 8, 1936 in Pittsburgh to the late William J. and Luella R. (Sellman) Perlik. Bill has lived in West Deer for the past 65 years. He was of Lutheran Faith. Bill drove truck for Teamsters Local 249 in Pittsburgh for over 40 years, and then more recent worked as a salesman for Tools ETC and Kent Industries. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing poker, bowling and going to Lernerville Speedway to watch the races, though caring for his family was his first priority.

Survivors include his wife of 70 years Joanne F. (George) Perlik, children Linda Rodriguez of West Deer, William C. (Sherry) Perlik, Jr. of West Deer, Judith (James) Davis of Hampton and Charles Perlik of West Deer, grandchildren Joann (Brian), Anthony, Skylar, Sierra, and Luke (Kayla), great-grandchildren Brian and Adrianna.

Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his siblings Gary Perlik, Marion Corvin and Joan Dunn.

At Bill’s request a private family service was held at the SIWICKI-YANICKO FUNERAL HOME, 23 McKrell Road, Russellton, West Deer. He will be privately laid to rest in St. Mary’s of the Assumption Cemetery, Indiana Township.
