Charles F. Roginski

Charles F. Roginski, 69 of West Deer Township, died Tuesday July 11, 2017 with his family by his side. Born May 9, 1948 in Pittsburgh to the late Frank W. and Gaynelle F. (Kelly) Roginski. Chuck grew up in Acmetonia and graduated from Springdale High School in 1966. Chuck served his country in the US Navy during the Vietnam War serving two tours achieving the rank of E-4. He was a member of St. Victor R.C. Parish, Bairdford, Springdale VFW, the Funner Bunch Bowling League, Pittsburgh North Golf League and coached baseball for Deer Lakes Baseball for over 16 years. He enjoyed golf, hunting, bowling and especially spending time with his family.

Survivors include his wife of 34 years Sharon A. (Semler) Roginski, son Mark C. (Danielle) Roginski of Natrona Heights, daughter Beth A. (Von “Buck”) Ferber of Frazer, his 3 grandchildren Charlotte, Von and Baby Roginski, his sister Gayle (Robert) Schultze of Penn Hills, his father-in-law Joseph W. Semler of West Deer and his brother-in-law Daniel (Wendy) Semler of Shaler.

Family will receive friends Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM in the SIWICKI-YANICKO FUNERAL HOME, 23 McKrell Road, Russellton, West Deer where parting prayers will be conducted on Saturday 9:30 AM, funeral mass will follow at 10 AM in St. Victor Parish with his Uncle the Rev.
